Our company’s 10,000-ton wire-wound sponge titanium press, specially developed for the titanium industry, has been shipped and is now under installation. This advanced equipment is capable of producing sponge titanium electrode blocks with a diameter of over 1000mm, and is fully compatible with 12-ton to 15-ton VR melting furnaces, providing a comprehensive and efficient solution for the titanium production process.
Adopting a wire-wound structure, the press boasts remarkable advantages such as small volume, minimal floor space, and low investment cost. It has simple requirements for plant height and foundation, effectively reducing the early-stage construction and investment costs for customers, and adapting to various factory layouts flexibly.
With more than 40 sets of our wire-wound presses applied in the titanium industry, we have accumulated over 20 years of practical experience in the titanium market. Through continuous optimization and improvement based on on-site application feedback, the design and manufacturing of this model have achieved standardization, maturity and serialization, ensuring stable and reliable performance in long-term operation.
The electrodes pressed by this equipment fully meet the product quality and density requirements of the titanium industry, with stable operation and low failure rate, which can effectively improve production efficiency and product qualification rate for enterprises. To further enhance production efficiency and intelligence, our company adopts a servo control system, combined with automatic material stacking and feeding equipment, realizing the fully automatic production of sponge titanium electrodes.
The whole automatic production line includes an automatic material mixing and distributing system, a feeding system, a wire-wound servo press pressing and demoulding system, as well as a weighing and stacking system. In addition, the equipment can provide a series of big data indicators for intelligent factories, helping enterprises realize digital management and intelligent upgrading, and enhancing their core competitiveness in the titanium industry.
